Here's a good order. A Game of Thrones. A Clash of Kings. A Storm of Swords. A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms (there's a natural break in ASOIAF here, and you will get more references in the next two books if you read this now) A Feast for Crows. A Dance With Dragons. The Winds of Winter preview chapters if you'd like. Then, anything else.
Only the books of the main series are essentially needed to be read in correct order. The others (like Fire and Blood, The World of Ice and Fire etc), you can read before, after or between the main series, however you like.
