As long as your car has the M32 transmission the fluid fill will be the same amount, 2.5 quarts. Your temperature range will be fine for any good transmission fluid. As far as I know, the 4th gear vibration is caused by the shifter cables, not by something inside the transmission. Changing the fluid will probably have no effect on this.
