Options. lights blinking problems are. 1. waste ink pad full and back roller spring problem (remove spring inside roller) 2. main roller jams (rubber, spring, roller cracks when rolling check it) 3. left side of the printer roller sensor rubber clean it. 4. carriage jam remove the header see back side replace sensor (yellow color jammer)

Options. it means the Paper Jam is not properly cleared .. if all paper have been completely remove.. try the power cycle several time power on and pull the power cable while the printer is initializing then plug it back again and power it on and observe.. try printing a test page from the printer properties..
